Start work on Lance-it.com
After completing interview period (explained on Search for work) please continue to start work.
Ensure that you have installed the Lance-it.com software found on the tools page
Install the software as required.
Step 1. Run the lance-it software.
Step 2. Login using your freelancer username and pwd.

Step 3. Next, choose the project you want to work on.

The software will now now minimize to the system tray.

Step 4. You now start working on the project. The lance-it software will take screenshots and count the number of hours worked.

This is for Pay-per-hour if you bid on a pay-per-project. You must agree a payment style e.g. 33% + 33% + 34% Payment is through escrow.
